Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS ships to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.  At present, Act of Being does not ship to addresses outside the 50 United States and U.S. territories. All orders ship Best Way Standard Shipping.

Order Status

We process orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship all orders. All orders placed after 3:00 PM PT will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday excluding major holidays.  Please refer to your tracking information and number provided to track your package online for the most up-to-date delivery information.  Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only.  The dates provided are estimates and subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or U.S. Territories.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date.  All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. ACT OF BEING currently does not authorize shipments with any forwarding company.  We are not responsible for any damage, defect or loss that may occur by any forwarding company.


ACT OF BEING online eGift Cards are delivered via email. Sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department at [email protected].  We accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized and require a return authorization number.  Original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Upon acceptance of your return, the price paid for the product will be refunded to the original credit card of payment.
